HelpCML Initiative/ हेल्पसीएमएल पहल
HelpCML is an initiative by the Hematology Society for Health and Education where financial & logistic support is provided to Poor CML patients who cannot afford treatment due to economic or logistic reasons.
हेल्पसीएमएल – हेमेटोलॉजी सोसाइटी फॉर हेल्थ एंड एजुकेशन की एक पहल है जहां गरीब सीएमएल रोगियों को वित्तीय और लॉजिस्टिक सहायता प्रदान की जाती है जो आर्थिक या लॉजिस्टिक कारणों से इलाज का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते हैं।
Why CML?
CML is a disease in which most patients can live near normal lives with continued use of TKIs (type of drugs used in CML patients). However the drug needs to be given continuous for long durations > 5 years of lifelong. Many patients particularly from lower socioeconomic status discontinue therapy due to economic or logistic reasons – due to discontinuation their disease progresses and they reach a stage where their lives are in danger. These patients when provided adequate support can live their lives similar to healthy people. So we have selected this disease (CML is known as manageable Cancer) to help and support eligible patients.
सीएमएल को क्यों चुना गया ?
सीएमएल एक ऐसी बीमारी है जिसमें अधिकांश रोगी टीकेआई (सीएमएल रोगियों में उपयोग की जाने वाली दवाओं का प्रकार) के निरंतर उपयोग से सामान्य जीवन जी सकते हैं। हालाँकि दवा को जीवन भर 5 वर्ष से अधिक लंबी अवधि तक लगातार देने की आवश्यकता होती है। विशेष रूप से निम्न सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति वाले कई मरीज़ आर्थिक या तार्किक कारणों से उपचार बंद कर देते हैं – बंद करने के कारण उनकी बीमारी बढ़ती है और वे एक ऐसे चरण में पहुँच जाते हैं जहाँ उनका जीवन खतरे में पड़ जाता है। पर्याप्त सहायता मिलने पर ये मरीज़ स्वस्थ लोगों की तरह अपना जीवन जी सकते हैं। इसलिए हमने योग्य रोगियों की सहायता और समर्थन के लिए इस बीमारी (सीएमएल को प्रबंधनीय कैंसर के रूप में जाना जाता है) को चुना है।
What we do for HelpCML initiative?
Hematology Society for Health and Education in conjugation with Hematocare Clinic Varanasi, provides free consultations to CML patients with BPL card. Consultation fee for CML patients (Without BPL Card) in follow up is discounted to only 500 INR.
हेल्पसीएमएल पहल के लिए हम क्या करते हैं?
हेमेटोलॉजी सोसायटी फॉर हेल्थ एंड एजुकेशन हेमाटोकेयर क्लिनिक वाराणसी के साथ मिलकर बीपीएल कार्ड वाले सीएमएल रोगियों को मुफ्त परामर्श प्रदान करती है। फॉलो-अप में सीएमएल रोगियों (बीपीएल कार्ड के बिना) के लिए परामर्श शुल्क केवल 500 रुपये (500 रुपये तक छूट दी गई) है।
We provide free RQ PCR BCR/ABL coupon’s (If available) to patients fulfilling these criteria:-
- Patients on 1st & 2nd generation TKIs (Imatinib, Nilotinib or Dasatinib)
- Have not received any govt funds from any source for treatment of CML
- Is NOT having BPL card/Ayushman Card
- Society president and Secretory decision will be final regarding selection of appropriate beneficiary
हम इन मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले मरीजों को मुफ्त आरक्यू पीसीआर बीसीआर/एबीएल कूपन (यदि उपलब्ध हो) प्रदान करते हैं*:-
- पहली या दूसरी टीकेआई (इमैटिनिब, निलोटिनिब या दासातिनिब) पर मरीज
- सीएमएल के इलाज के लिए किसी भी स्रोत से कोई सरकारी धनराशि नहीं मिली है
- उसके पास बीपीएल कार्ड/आयुष्मान कार्ड नहीं है
- उचित लाभार्थी के चयन के संबंध में सोसायटी अध्यक्ष एवं सचिव का निर्णय अंतिम होगा
*हम उपरोक्त मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले मरीजों को मुफ्त टीकेआई (यदि उपलब्ध हो) भी प्रदान करते हैं।
*नोट: केवल जरूरतमंद मरीजों को ही ऐसी सुविधा प्रदान की जाएगी
